You are billed by the minute. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Why do I need a designated Answer 1st number?
You need this number for forwarding your calls.
What if I go over my minutes?
Not a problem. You will be charged at a specific rate for any additional minute outside your plan.
Can you transfer calls to my cell phone or home phone?
Absolutely. We can transfer calls to any U.S. number. We can transfer to multiple numbers as well.
How do I check my usage?
You can see how many minutes you’ve used within the 28 day billing cycle by checking your online portal.
How quickly will I receive the messages from the clients?
You will receive your messages immediately. As soon as the call is completed any messages, intakes, leads, questions or notes are input into the system and available in your web portal. You will be alerted immediately through email or text that this information is available. We understand having access to your leads and client information is very important to the success of your business or organization so we strive to make the process as quick and smooth as possible.
