Branching to screens can be divided by operator menu choices or can be automated based on what information operators enter into certain fields. This allows the flow of the message to automatically change based on the context of each call.

Our screens can also include graphic images of your products or services. This allows visual information to be displayed to agents.

Dealer and Office Locate:

If you have more then one Dealer or Office, we will locate the proper office for your caller and patch the caller to that location.
