Live Call Patching
A live person will answer with your company name and gather the information you require. Your caller is never sent to voicemail unless you want that as part of your service. Our flexible call center software allows us to implement a script guiding us with appropriate questions and responses. Messages can be text paged, email or faxed to your office at no additional cost. We can Live Patch or transfer calls to you or your staff when needed.
You provide the guidelines as to which calls to transfer live to you or your oncall person. We can announce to you who is calling and you can except the call or tell us to take a message.
